MYTHIC DUPLICATES REPLACEMENT PROCESS – LEGAL TERMS I certify that all information provided by me during the Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process is truthful and accurate. I acknowledge and agree that: I have been properly informed and fully understand and agree with the conditions of the Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process as communicated via the email "Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process" and this form." and this form; The Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process is completely voluntary, meaning I am not required to take advantage of it. However, if I choose not to participate in the Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process or if I do nothing, I will not receive the NFT corresponding to my original Mythic Duplicate Card in my Hro account nor any replacement card, corresponding NFT or compensation of any kind. If I choose to participate in the Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process, I need to submit this form by April 18th 2023. Each original card I send to Hro will be subject to review and validation to determine whether it is an authentic Mythic Duplicate. If Hro determines the card is an authentic Mythic Duplicate, then Hro will send me a reprinted card. If Hro determines the card is not an authentic Mythic Duplicate, the original card will not be eligible for the Duplicate Replacement Process and will neither be returned nor reprinted. None of the physical cards I send to Hro as part of the Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process will ever be returned to me – they all will be destroyed irrespective of whether the cards are eligible to be reprinted or not. No other solution than the above one will be offered at any time for my Mythic Duplicate card. By submitting a replacement request as part of the Mythic Duplicates Replacement Process, I agree to the above rules and conditions.
