This Policy applies to all Hro Core Team Members and General Team Members that are involved in the design, promotion, or operation of the Hro platform. “Core Team Members” are defined as Hro Team Members that have “high risk” positions with access to non-public “insider” information. “General Team Members” are defined as Hro Team Members that have “low risk” positions in which they generally do not have access to non-public “insider” information.

“Unfair Advantage” is defined as any Team Member using any non-public “insider” information in an attempt to engage in buying, selling or trading activities or patterns on the Hro Platform for the purpose of (i) increasing the Team Member’s or other DC by Hro collectors’ Leaderboard position or (ii) otherwise providing the Team Member or other DC by Hro collectors with a distinct advantage over other DC by Hro collectors who do not have access to such “insider” information.

Cards approved for use in new reward offerings, crafting and burning recipes, or other game play will be flagged for monitoring for any abnormal trades that may give a Core Team Member’s personal accounts or household accounts an Unfair Advantage.

1. Collect DC by Hro physical and digital cards.

2. Participate in the DC by Hro Snapshot Reward Programs subject to one condition:

Team Members must wait 4 hours before opening digital packs after any digital drop.

1. Utilize Hro products samples on Hro personal or household accounts (e.g. upload them to Hro personal accounts, trade them, etc.).

2. Participate in Cartamundi-sponsored or Kolex-sponsored DC by Hro contests, sweepstakes and giveaways.

3. Use any DC by Hro discount codes/coupons other than Cartamundi Friends and Family discount codes/coupons.

2. Participate in the DC by Hro Snapshot Reward Programs subject to the following conditions:

Team Members must consent to the monitoring of their personal and household accounts to ensure adherence with this Collecting Policy.

Team Members must wait 4 hours before opening digital packs after any digital drop.

1. Utilize Hro products samples on Hro personal and household accounts (e.g. upload them to Hro personal accounts, trade them, etc.).

2. Communicate non-public “insider” information to anyone besides other Core Team Members.

3. Participate in Cartamundi-sponsored or Kolex-sponsored DC by Hro contests, sweepstakes and giveaways.

4. Use any DC by Hro discount codes/coupons other than Cartamundi Friends and Family discount codes/coupons.
